And over time, this can lead to deeper physical or emotional struggles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Now imagine the other path: What happens when you listen to your body? You pause. You pay attention \u2014 to the aches, the tiredness, the areas that feel heavy or tight.
