Massage is not just technique – it's presence
Greetings on my site, I’m Janka. Let me introduce myself.
I've always been a seeker. I’ve explored different careers, roles, and directions — yet one thing remained constant: a deep longing to get closer to what feels real, healing, and essential.
In 2007, I first encountered the wisdom of Eastern healing and philosophy. That experience became a quiet turning point in my life. Since then, this perspective has been shaping how I relate — not just to the body, but to attention, presence, and the quality of touch. How do we connect? To ourselves. To each other. To silence. I truly believe that a mindful touch can remind us who we are beneath all the rushing, noise, and pressure.
I created the Ahimsa Massage Atelier with the intention of offering a space where there is no need to perform, rush, or hold yourself together. A space where rest is not the opposite of usefulness, but an essential part of wholeness. Through touch, presence, and silence, I wish to support women who want to reconnect with themselves – not only in their exhaustion, but also in their strength.
So if you feel that you'd need an hour, a safe space where you can release, and where you can gently reconnect with yourself — you are welcome. With love, at Ahimsa Massage Atelier.
