Wondering What to Expect Before Your First Session? Starting something new often brings questions. Here, you’ll find answers to the most common ones – so you can arrive feeling relaxed, informed, and fully yourself.
Slow massage is not a technique – it’s an approach. It means we don’t rush. We give your body time to respond to the touch. I don’t work with force, but with attention: deep, present movements in a gentle rhythm, attuned to your body’s signals. This kind of massage helps release not only surface tension, but also quiets the inner noise. Many of my clients say, “I finally arrived in my body.” That’s the intention.
Nothing at all. I provide everything you need: towels, sheets, high-quality oils, and water afterward. Just bring yourself – exactly as you are.
I work with premium, 100% natural Ayurvedic herbal oils (Ayurveda Pura), set to your actual phisical-mental status. Each blend supports relaxation, rejuvenation, and emotional well-being.
It depends on the treatment. For full body massage, you keep your underwear on, and I only uncover the area being massaged. Your comfort and trust are my top priorities.
Ahimsa Massage Studio offers only professional, healing and stress-relief treatments. We work with presence, integrity, and mutual respect.
Sessions are typically 45 or 60 minutes, depending on the treatment. There’s time for a short arrival at the beginning and peaceful rest at the end – we never rush.
That’s completely okay. Many clients feel this way at first. There’s no pressure or expectation. You only do what feels right for you. We always talk it through beforehand.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours require 50% of the fee, as time is valuable for both of us.
When you feel tired, tense, unseen, or simply longing for an hour that’s just for you. If that’s how you feel, you’re in the right place.
They’re not random. I choose numbers intentionally – based on numerology and energetic harmony. Even your booking amount can carry a subtle vibration of balance, abundance, and healing.
